This book was written by Frances Simpson and published in 1903, it covers the history of domesticated cats, their personalities, how to look after them, breeds and so on. It has hundreds of photos and illustration and it's a big tome. Not to be missed if you like cats, history and photos of women with big hats. Read it here.
